The five-day event incorporated real-world stunts, an exclusive Pandora channel with happy tunes and 60-second comedy bits, special GIFs, memes and numerous YouTube videos, including one from YouTube star Andrew Hales!
Videos were a large part of Honda Summer Cheerance and many captured the company's team while they were out surprising unsuspecting cheer participants! From street dancing and treasure hunting to piñata smashing, these were a few of the most popular videos from Honda's smile-inducing summer promotion.

After Honda's crew hid a few surprises in the sand, they sent out an actor - with a Cheerance Detector in hand - to help beach-goers "find" treasure chests filled with money, gift cards and free tickets.
Piñatas may be meant for birthdays, but on a random day of the week, Honda proved that it can be rather therapeutic to demolish papier-mâché animals and collect candy.
All in all, Honda Summer Cheerance achieved its mission to infuse a little bit of joy and whimsy into people's lives. And, along with spreading cheer on the streets, when Honda reached its goal of making three million people smile, the company kept its promise to donate $100,000 to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation!
