2025 Honda Odyssey EX-L vs 2025 Honda Odyssey Touring
The Honda Odyssey is among the most respected minivans ever crafted for families. Known for its unusually sporty build, sophisticated paint options, and steadfast safety systems, the Odyssey makes a big impression on families at our dealership. You'll find distinct styling in this minivan's trim lineup, starting with its base model EX-L and revving up the fun with its Touring trim.
Performance
The 2025 Odyssey is equipped with an impressive V6 engine rated at 280 horsepower. When paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission, this engine is forceful enough to give the driver the feeling of dominance over both short detours through city streets and long, endless highways. While the EX-L and Touring have the same engine, they differ in subtle ways. The Touring has a larger feel because of its 19-inch alloy wheels (compared to just 18-inch alloys on the EX-L).
Appearance
A base model Honda Odyssey conveys a strong sportiness. Its power sliding doors, LED headlamps, fog lamps, and power tailgate start things off right. The Touring continues this strong start for the Odyssey, but adds 19-inch alloy wheels. Larger wheels mean a lot to drivers who prefer a taller stance on their vehicles. While this can affect performance, larger wheels also add a fiercer look to a model.
Features
Odyssey EX-L and Touring trims have a strong list of base features. Thanks to leather-trimmed seats, a 160-watt audio system, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel, interiors have a premium feel on both trims. However, the Touring trim adds an essential feature to parents: CabinWatch and CabinTalk. Use the power of your intercom and camera systems to keep tight control over your minivan and ensure everyone is well-behaved and having fun during your travels. Drivers will also appreciate the addition of parking sensors on their Odyssey Touring. Those audible warnings while parking can make the difference between getting into a spot safely or filing an insurance claim. There are still plenty of safety features on the EX-L, including a standard Collision Mitigation Braking System, a Multi-Angle rearview camera, and Adaptive Cruise Control.
The family minivan is alive and well in 2025, providing families with a safe place to make great memories. Please contact our dealership if you'd like to learn more about the new Odyssey's trims or schedule a test drive of your favorite Odyssey.
