Phoenix Honda Dealer Reviews the 2016 Fit
Not many other new model cars have gotten the excellent reception from drivers and critics as the Honda Fit. A fun and sporty hatchback that offers terrific space, a powerful engine and fantastic safety, the Fit is officially a hit with Arizona drivers. This model year, the Fit is carrying over most of its impressive features list, including its popular infotainment system. The Fit is available in four trim levels: LX, EX, EX-L and EX-L with Navi. The Fit LX model starts things off with 15-inch steel wheels, cruise control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, a 5-inch display screen, a four-speaker sound system, LED brake lights, automatic headlights and a rearview camera. The EX model adds foglights, a sunroof, a 7-inch touchscreen display, keyless ignition and entry, an upgraded rearview camera, a six-speaker sound system, smartphone app integration and 16-inch alloy wheels. The Fit EX-L model adds even more luxury features, such as leather upholstery, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and heated body-color side mirrors. Finally, the EX-L with Navi model gets a navigation system and satellite radio.
Standard safety features on the 2016 Honda Fit in Phoenix include antilock brakes, front side airbags, active head restraints, side curtain airbags, and stability and traction control. Several Fit reviews have been very impressed with the car's LaneWatch blind-spot system that works with a camera in the car's passenger-side mirror. These amenities have earned the 2016 Fit high marks from both the National Highway Traffic Safety Association and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
Power-wise, the 2016 Honda Fit in Phoenix uses a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 130 horsepower. A six-speed manual gearbox is standard on the bottom two models, while a continuously variable automatic is standard on the EX-L and EX-L Navi.
