The fully redesigned 2015 Honda Fit has been picking up accolades left and right. Most recently, it won the "Hottest Sport Compact" award at the SEMA show in Las Vegas, Nev., where Honda also happened to have nine slick looking custom Fits on display at its booth. Six were from an online challenge in which fans got to vote on their favorite customizations and the other three were special models created by Honda Performance Development, Honda Genuine Accessories and Bisimoto. In Honda's 2015 Fit Performance Project (#ProjectFit), fans got to follow the customizations of six build teams who tracked their Fit modifications on Tumblr. Once the builds were complete, fans voted on their favorite mods and crowned Tjin Edition's custom Fit the "Fan Favorite" (pictured above) - check out those mammoth fender flares!
Images of the other teams' creations are posted below, followed by three additional custom models: Honda Performance Development came up with a fun Fit B-spec racecar that's ready for the track, while Honda Genuine Accessories displayed a Fit EX outfitted with available dealer-installed accessories. And last but not least, along with their team submission in #ProjectFit, Bisimoto came up with a second design that was created using fan feedback.
