A collision-free world is the ultimate goal of Honda's "Safety for Everyone" concept, and the company's latest V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) technologies are spearheading efforts to enhance safety for motorists and pedestrians. On Aug. 4-8, Honda held a Summer Cheerance campaign that spread smiles to over three million people! The five-day event incorporated real-world stunts, an exclusive Pandora channel with happy tunes and 60-second comedy bits, special GIFs, memes and numerous YouTube videos, including one from YouTube star Andrew Hales! Bell Honda would like to graciously thank everyone who participated in last month's Zero Hour Sales Event, which benefited the Phoenix Children's Hospital. With your help, we were able to donate $100 for every car sold to PCH, and by the end of the event we raised over $41K, beating out last year's total of $37,600!

Five Honda models have been recognized by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety on their first-ever recommended used cars for teens list. Compiled to help parents choose safe cars for their new teen drivers, the list praises models equipped with exceptional safety technologies such as the Honda Accord, Element, CR-V, Pilot and Odyssey. Known as the most durable, long-lasting brand in its class, Honda offers high-quality pre-owned cars that are great for teenagers and first-time drivers.

A new in-car system featuring smartphone integration will be making its debut in select Honda models for the 2015 model year. An innovative in-car technology, the system gives drivers and passengers the ability to access a variety of smartphone apps and features using the car's dash display. Honda's seamless integration of the smartphone's abilities into the car will make it easier for drivers to utilize their phone's functions, eliminating distractions and enhancing the driving experience.

Last year, during our initial effort to raise funds for Phoenix Children's Hospital, we were able to accumulate a total of $37,600, and this year we hope to exceed that number.

Honda has been committed to developing cars that feature components aimed at reducing pedestrian injuries for years as a part of their "Safety for Everyone Approach," and just recently, they received a great honor for their efforts. The Advocates for Highway and Auto Safety named Honda a "Highway Safety Hero," along with select state officials, former/current members of Congress and citizen activists.

Coined the "Ultimate Family Adventure Vehicle," the brand-new 2015 Honda Pilot in Phoenix comes in five distinct trim levels that cater to the active family. The Special Edition trim was recently announced as the last one to join the pack, rounding out the five, and features select upgrades that enhance the SUV's design and improve the overall driving experience for drivers and passengers.

The 2015 Honda lineup just got a whole lot better, because the automaker has officially announced that standard roadside assistance will now be available with each of their models as a part of the new vehicle three-year/36,000 mile limited warranty. This addition will provide new benefits for Honda owners in an effort to keep them secure while on the road and the 2015 Honda Pilot in Phoenix, along with the Fit, are the first to receive the program, which will take Honda's customer service to new levels!
