If watching the perennial fall movie, “It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown,” is a must-do in your family every October, then we highly recommend taking the kids out to the Desert Botanical Garden for their annual Great Pumpkin Festival.
This wonderful fall festival is the perfect opportunity for your family to get into the fall spirit by not only finding the perfect pumpkin in the Garden’s Pumpkin Patch, but also playing carnival-style games, dancing to a variety of fun music, and learning how pumpkins and other vegetables are grown.
Kids will also be able to decorate the pumpkin they picked and meet several delightful farm animals that will be at the festival. On top of that, you and your family can take a hayride and sample foods from several delicious food trucks from around the Valley.
