What's New For the 2020 Honda Pilot
The Honda Pilot will continue to offer drivers all the things they are looking for in 2020. This three-row SUV does not see many changes for 2020. Drivers will now have the option of going with the Black Edition trim level on the Pilot. On these models, all-wheel-drive is standard. These models also have red accents inside the cabin as well as blacked-out exterior features.

2020 Honda Pilot is Impressive No Matter Which Trim Level You Choose
Those shopping for a three-row SUV will want to be sure to check out all five of the available Pilot trims in 2020. The entry-level LX has many standard features that drivers are after. These features include a seven-speaker audio system, USB port, rearview camera, and a 5-inch display screen. The next trim up is known as the EX. With this model, the touchscreen is upgraded to 8 inches. This trim also adds tri-zone automatic climate control, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and heated front seats.
You also have the option of going with the EX-L. This trim takes the luxury even further by adding a power liftgate, sunroof, and leather upholstery. If you want USB ports in the second row and navigation, this may be the trim level for you. Nearing the top of the line is the Touring trim. This will add heat to your rear seats, roof rails, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and more speakers. The Elite trim sits at the top of the line and gives you a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats, a wireless charging pad, and more. The Black Edition is built off of the Elite trim level and has the exact same features, just different styling.
2020 Honda Pilot Power & Performance
There is one powerful engine option for the 2020 Honda Pilot. It is a 3.5L V6 that will give you 280-horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. This engine works in perfect harmony with the six-speed automatic transmission that most models have living underneath their hoods. The Touring, Elite, and Black Edition all upgrade to a nine-speed transmission. With the exception of the all-wheel-drive Elite and Black Edition, the Pilot comes standard with front-wheel-drive.
2020 Honda Pilot Safety In the Forefront
Honda Pilot has a large selection of standard safety features. Drivers get Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Departure Warning featuring Lane Keeping Assist, and Forward-Collision Alert featuring Automated Emergency Braking. The EX trim level and above add the Blind Spot Monitor complete with Rear Cross Traffic Alert.
